Free program for screen capture and sending to Internet.

I like program Snipping Tool in Windows 7, but it does not allow pixelized image fragments.
And... I made it.

Features:
* Capturing the screen in one of three modes: free form, rectangle, full screen.
* Drawing tools: pen, marker, pixelization, eraser.
* Send images to the FoxTools.ru or ZzWeb.ru.
* Saving images in graphic formats: PNG, JPG (JPEG), and GIF.
* Multilingual interface.

Program is written in Visual Basic. NET and is provided under a license GNU GPLv3.
